About The Charters

Original Charter

The “Original” charter is located around Kalamazoo, with members located throughout Southwest Michigan. The “Original” charter takes its name from the fact that it was the founding charter.  We take great pride in growing and developing from one small club with very few members to the club that exist today.

The Blacktop Saints RC is a nonprofit 501c3 and members of the Original charter are often involved in giving back to the community through our charitable efforts. Our members often tell us that they feel rewarded in their ability to help others in the community.

Our club’s greatest enjoyment is riding. We take pride in finding time to get together and riding to different destinations throughout Michigan. Our club prides ourselves in the fact that we actually ride. Short and long distances. You can find members almost everyday of the week during the summer getting together for a ride.

ALPHA

The ALPHA charter is located throughout Indiana, with members located in Northwest Indiana (Lake, Porter and LaPorte counties), northern Indiana ( South Bend, Elkhart and Goshen areas) and southern Indiana (Peru and surrounding areas). The ALPHA charter takes its name from the fact that it was the first charter outside of the Original charter in Michigan. We are dedicated in growing our charter from the small beginnings of the first 7 Indiana members to today’s current membership, and are excited in continuing the growth in Indiana.  The Blacktop Saints RC is a nonprofit 501c3 and members of the ALPHA charter are often involved in giving back to the community through charitable efforts.  Our club’s greatest enjoyment is riding and the brotherhood shared between members. Each member is an extension of the families we all have. We take pride in finding time to get together and riding to different destinations throughout Indiana, as well as Michigan. Our club prides ourselves in the fact that we actually ride. On any given day during the Riding season, you can be sure to see ALPHA members riding, whether it be a short around town ride or a long distance ride to any given destination throughout the area.

BRAVO

Blacktop Saints Bravo charter is a group of guys from not only New Hampshire but also Massachusetts that love to ride together and enjoy hanging out with each other and their families.

We enjoy casual riding around the big lake also known as Lake Winnipesauke and trips up into Maine to check out the light houses.

We like to do charity rides including the Boston wounded vets ride, Addie’s ride for a local girl, Cycle Pros ride for the community out of Concord, and any time we can ride to support we try to get together.

We are involved with our communities with different events. In 2017 we did a donation drive for the New Beginnings woman’s shelter where we were able to donate 10 laundry baskets full of supplies.

Joined up with the Salvation Army to ring a kettle bell for a few hours.

Participated in our local veteran cemetery’s wreaths across America program.

In 2018 we are looking forward to doing all of those again as well as doing a backpack’s for kids’ and starting a scholarship program.

We are looking forward to growing as a charter and moving forward within our communities.
